Sg: Commission issues guidelines on Personal Data Protection Act

The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) issued two sets of advisory guidelines on Tuesday for the public to have a better understanding of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

The first set of guidelines is on Key Concepts which provides interpretation of terms used.

The second set of advisory guidelines is on Selected Topics which illustrates how the Personal Data Protection Act applies to specific issues and domains.
