Teen avoids criminal record for ‘humiliating’ secret sex tape

Daryl Slade reports:

A teenager who subjected his girlfriend to what she called “the most horrifying degradation and humiliation I believe I will ever feel” by secretly taping them having sex will escape the stigma of a criminal record.

The University of Alberta student pleaded guilty last month to voyeurism for using a friend’s webcam in March 2009 to record the couple’s lovemaking at a residence in Edmonton.
