Posted on May 15, 2025 by Dissent

Sharon R. Klein, Philip N. Yannella, Alex C. Nisenbaum, Harrison Brown, Jennifer J. Daniels, and Jeffrey N. Rosenthal of Blank Rome LLP recently published a roundup of recent privacy and data security news and changes. Their article includes U.S. state and federal laws, federal litigation, federal enforcement, and international laws and regulations.

Some of what they cover has been reported on PogoWasRight.org, but not all, so you may want to read their article at The National Law Review.
