Today in Congress: Hearing on Civil Liberties and National Security ? (UPDATED)

According to one web site, the scheduled hearing of the House Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties on “Civil Liberties and National Security” has been postponed. But according to another site, it’s still on. And according to that site, the witness list is:
