An East Yorkshire couple are calling for changes to be made after a police officer was caught snooping on them.
Police Constable Mark Wicks, based in Hull, broke strict confidentiality rules by accessing information about Lee and Stephanie Bainbridge, of Yorklands, Driffield.
It followed a boundary dispute between the Bainbridges and PC Wicks’ brother Paul Wicks, who used to own the house next door to them.
A report by Humberside Police’s professional standards branch upheld six allegations against PC Wicks.
