Woman sues ex-boyfriend over nude photos on Web

A Chicago woman says she was mortified when a high school friend said he had spotted nude photos of her on a Web site, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday.

The woman instantly suspected her ex-boyfriend, who had taken the photos but promised — even after their February 2006 breakup — that he would keep them private, according to the lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court.

But the ex-boyfriend, Miles Marsh, secretly posted the photos on the site that encourages men to post nude photos of ex-girlfriends, according to the suit.
