Gristedes Foods Inc. CEO and recent New York City mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis are in court, seeking to get YouTube and Google to identify the people who posted videos claiming he has wiretapped employees and has been fined for labor violations. (sub. required to read full Law360 story).

    The YouTube video is not defamatory; it’s truthful. There’s too much evidence for him to deny the wiretap charges. “Crain’s NewYork Business” is just one of several magazines that reported on Catsimatidis’s illegal wiretapping of his employees.
