A federal court judge has issued a temporary stay on a civil lawsuit filed by a former Rutgers Cancer Institute surgeon charged with secretly recording women in the restrooms at his place of employment.
Dr. James Goydos, a professor of surgery, was charged in a 160-count indictment in December with invasion of privacy, computer theft, wiretapping, burglary, official misconduct and impersonation.
