Blockchain iris-recognition for patient identification

Patientory and IrisGuard are collaborating to use iris-recognition to address patient identity challenges across the healthcare system to deliver greater clinical, financial, and administrative efficiencies. Their plan is to combine leading iris biometric technology and the healthcare focused PTOYNet blockchain network to effect enhanced security measures.

The HIPAA-compliant Patientory App, which already possesses strict security requirements, will use iris-recognition software to add another layer of authorisation on the blockchain. The objective is eliminate healthcare inefficiencies.
