Judge Leon has DENIED Government Defendants’ Emergency Motion for a Stay of the Court’s Preliminary Injunction Pending Appeal and for an Immediate Administrative Stay in Klayman v. Obama.
The government has now filed a notice of appeal.
Update: A temporary stay has been granted by the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
