Officials of a Pennsylvania college didn’t violate the privacy rights of a student when they searched her dorm room and found marijuana that led to her conviction for drug dealing, a state court panel ruled Wednesday.
The Superior Court decision nixes a lawsuit Kylie Walk filed against Alvernia College – now Alvernia University – over the December 2007 search that landed her in Berks County Court.
