Facebook Would Love to Go to Court to Protect a User’s Privacy

Much of the time, Facebook is being criticized for violating users’ privacy, but sometimes the company does the opposite. In a California court case, Facebook’s lawyers are trying to avoid turning over the status messages posted to Facebook by a juror in a street gang trial.
