Fla. Woman Sues 50 Cent in NYC Over Her Sex Video

The Associated Press reports that Lastonia Leviston has sued rapper 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) in New York City for allegedly editing a sex video she made in 2008 and uploading it to his web site. The lawsuit reportedly claims unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of the video.

Not mentioned in the report is how the rapper allegedly came into possession of the video.
