Illinois Governor Signs Revenge Porn Law

Joe Harris reports:

 Distributing “revenge porn” will be a felony in Illinois come June, under a law signed by Gov. Pat Quinn.

The law makes it a felony to distribute private images online without a person’s consent. It addresses “revenge porn” where a former romantic partner posts private pictures or videos of an ex.
