Posted on April 1, 2024 by Dissent

Menendez denied on Thursday North Memorial Health Care’s motion to dismiss wiretapping claims under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and Minnesota Protection of Communications Act. Menendez sided with plaintiffs and rejected North Memorial’s argument that it’s exempt from liability under wiretapping claims because it was party to the intercepted website tracking data under dispute.
