Lawyers on IMDb suit: ‘It’s going to be an uphill fight’

Lanford Beard interviewed some lawyers on the lawsuit against IMDB and Amazon mentioned previously on this blog. Neither of the lawyers interviewed for the piece seemed to be optimistic about the actress’s chances of prevailing.

Maybe this case will settle. I think IMDB’s privacy policy is not clear that information they obtain will be disclosed in the subscriber’s public profile, and that’s one of the main issues here.
