Former Formula One boss Max Mosley is suing Google in France and Germany in a bid to force the search engine giant to actively block search results over his alleged “Nazi-themed” orgy.
Mosley confirmed that he is taking legal action against Google during his evidence at the Lord Leveson inquiry into press ethics and standards yesterday.
He discussed his battle to remove from the web false and libelous statements that he had an alleged “sick Nazi orgy”, stemming from an article and video posted by the News of the World in 2008.
