Communications Adviser

Investigating Officer

To help investigate alleged breaches of the Privacy Act, with a  view to facilitating settlement wherever possible. Strong emphasis on the use of alternative dispute resolution methods to help resolve complaints. Looking particularly for alternative dispute resolution skills or experience, finely tuned negotiation and problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively analyse and apply the law to the facts of individual complaints. Read more …

Enquiries Officer (part-time)

To help provide a responsive and high quality public information service across a range of channels from phone to online to email. Must have excellent communications skills, the ability to relate to people at all levels, and be a calm and mature-minded person who does not crack under pressure or emotion.
