Review of State Cyberbullying Laws

Posted on February 9, 2011 by pogowasright.org
Sameer Hinduja, Ph.D. and JustinW. Patchin, Ph.D. of the Cyberbullying Research Center have compiled a chart:

State Cyberbullying Law – A Brief Review of State Cyberbullying Laws and Policies that is reportedly current through January 2011.

It’s a helpful resource for those interested in the topic. I just wish that they had printed it in a way where the background image didn’t make it so difficult to read the chart.

Educators and parents can find other helpful resources on the topic on their main web site.
