Top court rules against Turkish intelligence over wiretapping journalists

Turkey’s constitutional court has ruled on Saturday that the National Intelligence Agency (MİT) issuing wiretap orders on false names is a violation of the rights of prominent outspoken journalists who were the real targets of the order.
