Data protection cases in the European Court of Human Rights, 2015

Posted on January 6, 2016 by pogowasright.org

The European Court of Human Rights issued a press release with a recap of data protection cases it heard in 2015.  You can find it here. I recognized a few of the cases, but there were many more I didn’t recognize, so I’ve got some reading to do.
