Over on wwl.com, Don Ames reports that New Orleans’ Louis Armstrong International Airport will be getting “virtual strip search” scanners this year. According to Jon Allen of the TSA who was interviewed for the story, the scanners are already in place at 51 airports across the country and the department plans to have 450 scanners in operation by the end of the year.
